We, at PDM, have initiated activities under the banner of Kagad shilpa to minimize the burden of non biodegradable waste like plastic and thermocol.

      Activists of this group are trying to popularize the use of paper bags in place of plastic bags. They conduct courses to teach how to make paper bags, and use paper festivities. Artisti supporting this group have developed an option of paper pulp instead of Plaster of Paris for making Ganesh idols especially for Ganpati festival.
